Frequently Asked Questions

Can we have a private event at Beaverhead Brewing Co.?  Absolutely!!! You can now host a private event at Beaverhead Brewing Company in our tasting room. We can accommodate up to 50 guests for private parties, corporate events or meetings, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, etc. The brewery will be closed to the public during your event.

How long can we rent the brewery?  Private parties can rent the brewery for up to 4 hours. A minimum of 2 hours is required. Your event cannot start earlier than 5:00pm and must conclude by 9:00pm. No beer will be served after 8:00pm. 

What days can the brewery be rented?  Currently the brewery tasting room can be rented out Sunday through Thursday.

How about food?  We do not prepare or serve any food at the brewery. Food will be your responsibility.
You are welcome bring your own food or make arrangements with your favorite caterer. You will need to make your own arrangements for linens, cups, plates, napkins, and plasticware. The brewery will provide trash and recycling receptacles.

How will the beer service work?  Each attendee will be limited to 3 pints of beer during your event. Your rental fee includes up to two of our certified bartenders, depending on head count. Due to state law each attendee of legal drinking age is limited to 48oz of beer per day. Minors will not be served under any circumstances. 

What about wine and/or liquor? Can we bring our own? Due to state law, no alcoholic beverages may be brought onto or consumed on our premises (other than the beer we serve, of course). Please DO NOT bring your own beer, wine, or liquor or any other alcoholic beverages. Please remember to make non-alcoholic beverages available for your attendees like soda, water, or juice.

Can we tour the brewery?  Of course. Tours are free. Do to space limitations, tours will be limited to 10 people at a time. The tour takes about 10 minutes to complete.

What about audio/video for presentations?  We have a 48 inch flat screen TV that can accept a computer monitor input. We also have a full portable PA system, an overhead projection screen, and a digital video projector available to rent for an additional fee.
